1. Software Licensing

The GBPTOOL v4.1 build is provided as an enterprise-grade utility. By initializing the software, you agree to an individual seat license that is non-transferable and tied to your unique Hardware ID (HID) to prevent unauthorized redistribution.

2. Liquidity & Settlements

Users must understand that blockchain interactions (Withdrawals/Deposits) are irreversible. GBPTOOL optimizes for network speed, but final confirmation depends on global node congestion. We are not liable for funds sent via unsupported protocol layers (e.g., sending BEP20 to a TRC20 address).

3. Service Limitations

Maintenance windows may be initiated for the synchronization of liquidity nodes. During these updates, balance reflecting may have a latency of 2-5 minutes. Users should not attempt multiple sessions under the same account to avoid de-syncing integrity signatures.

4. Prohibited Use

Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or diagnostic-debug the encrypted binaries of the GBPTOOL ecosystem will result in an immediate and permanent revocation of the enterprise license without settlement.

1. Data Anonymization

We believe in absolute privacy. Your transaction history is stored on a decentralized ledger. Our central servers do not retain your sensitive private keys or seed phrases; all cryptographic signing occurs on your local instance.

2. Collected Information

The only data points logged for service continuity are:

  • Registered E-mail for license authentication.
  • Successful Transaction IDs (TXIDs) for ledger verification.
  • Hardware Hash (for seat licensing only).

3. Encryption Standard

Communication between your local GBPTOOL build and our synchronization nodes is tunneled via RSA-4096 bit encryption. Metadata is scrubbed periodically to ensure no lingering digital footprint remains on the sync-gateways.

4. Third-Party Policy

We never share, sell, or rent your data to third-party analytics firms. Your financial activity is strictly between you and the decentralized liquidity pools bridged by GBPTOOL.
